Recent Production
Howdy all! A couple years ago I went to a gun shop and saw what I was told was a new production 1903. Was wondering if anyone out there is doing new production on these like the new Inland M1s.
Thank You

Likely what you were told is new production was a Gibbs built rifle on a former USGI drill rifle receiver.

Either that or a National Ordnance or Santa Fe receiver from the early 60s.

There were also some English made rifles with receivers that used a M1903 bolt body ( made in 1970's??? ).
