    3-44 Winchester M1 rifle (Garand)

Can you guys help me with a value on this Winchester? My truck is broke down and I need to sell it really bad!

It has a replacement stock and 3-53 SA barrel. All else is genuine WWII WRA. This is not an import rifle. It shoots and operates like a dream. Muzzle wear is 3, throat is 4 or 4-1/2. It has the following WWII parts:

    Unmodified WRA "slant" op-rod
    WRA butt plate
    Complete WRA trigger group
    WRA trigger guard
    WRA bolt
    WRA gas cylinder
    WRA front sight (wide wings)
    WRA gas lock
WRA gas "single slot" and "punch marked" nut
    WRA rear sight assembly
    WRA bullet guide
    WRA follower rod
    1944 Milsco M1907 sling (Original)

Sorry to hear that Bill. I'm no help on evaluation, but I think it'll sell well...

Thanks Jim. After looking around I came up with a figure of $1300.00??? but I sure would like some of our resident experts to chime in.

I'd hope more than that Bill, you'd be looking at that here in Canadaicon.

I'm not an expert on M1icon's but I watch the M1 section on GB like a hawk. I bet you could get $1300 for it. Maybe more. Pretty rifle. My 2 cents.
