While there are a few things I could use, there are TOO many M-2 pieces there. Without an itemized list of parts, I would hate to have the package delivered to my front door 5 minutes before ATF shows up....
While not a good way to list things for bids, its DEFINITELY not a bag of parts I want to bid on....
Just my two cents...

For that kind of money, I would buy a complete carbine!

so the best guess is he parted out a complete m2 and threw in some other parts, and probably destroyed the receiver so he was not to get caught?

Well, there are 2 slides and 3 trigger housings, so that is more than one parted carbine. I also recognize one or two Garand
pieces in there, too.

The slide, trigger housing and sear are not part of the restricted parts. These are all useable on an M1
carbine as well as an M2.

You can also use the hammer with a spacer.

I was just pointing out that the potential for inadvertently making an illegal purchase was there. Not accusing the seller or the intent of anyone bidding. Just that if any of the "right" M-2 parts are being sold, it is probably best for everyone (in my opinion) if an itemized list is used.
I personally could have used one of those Type V slides or that round bolt if they were Winchester for a project. Who knows what else was in the bags in the picture... Someone got alot of parts for $500.

I took in a Blue Sky one time when I was a dealer back in the late 80s / early 90s with an M2 hammer and a washer! M2 sears and trigger housing were very common in the Blue Skies, too.
