Last year I bought several sported Swissicon rifles--two 1911's and a K31. Granted, they do not look like much, but they are great shooters. These will never be re-mill'd, so I had no qualms about drilling and mounting a scope base on one of the 1911's.




I put a Bushnell 10x40 scope on it and zeroed it at 50 yards with 3 rounds of gp11





Then shot 5 rounds of GP11 at 100 yards. This was my first and best group but all of them were pretty good.



I shot 5 rounds of Hornady target ammo at 100 yards and got this:



I would like some kind of strap on cheek pad to assist in getting a consistent cheek weld. Anyone have any suggestions?
