How do I upload pictures to my posts for storage on milsurps.com?

I don't show the Go Advanced button. All I show for Reply or New threads is the blank response area and a title area for New Threads??

Are you creating a new post, or replying to an existing thread?

I don’t get the Go Advanced option either for new posts, so haven’t been able to post photos. I use a new Mac laptop.

Is "JavaScript" enabled under "Safari Security Preferences"? I do not believe that one is "supposed" to leave it enabled all of the time.
