P-14 Sniper rifle with scope

Came across this picture. Looks to be a P-14 in sniper config. Never saw one of these. Any thoughts or comments? What kind of scope is it? WW1 or WW2? I don't know about the machine gun but it could probably help date this photo.

You did check the MKL?

That's a Model 1913 Warner Swasey Telescopic Musket Sights (click here) mounted on that P14 ....

They were used early on in WWII and were left over stock from WW1, as an example, shown mounted on this Milsurps - 1915 M10 Ross MkIII* Sniper Rifle (click here)

The machine gun appears to be a Bren from WW2. So that dates the photo, maybe. But I do find it a bit odd to be using the WW1 scope then and the helmet type doesn't seem to go with the time frame too.

It's a Canadian sniper with a Eddystone manufactured P'14 with a W&S M1913 Musket Sight, pictured in Orosgna, Italy.
