Why isn't it open to the public?

I've been following the Tiger and Jadgpanther series at the Armour Museum in Qld it looks like a great place to visit, the Tiger is a non-runner but they plan to get it fitted out and running so 131 at Bovington will have another mate down under.
Also I'm pretty sure they brought the running Panther done up by the Britishicon enthusiast the purchase figure was in the region of 28 Million GBP the resto on that Panther was as it left the factory superlative.
So when the Jagdpanther is finished for static display I'm on a bird with the wife in tow to Qld to see these artifacts they have just finished a Goliath remote tank mine the museum I think has the displays arranged so you can get real close but not to climb up on the exhibits.
I love the Tigers, any of the Qld members been there I'd like to know what you thought of it, despite the Tigers flaws and low production numbers just over 1600+ units of all types it certainly was a wake up call for all allied tankers when encountered at long range like at Kursk and in the fields of Europe.
Plus being able to see a running Panther would be the bees knees and the icing on the cake..........
