    Charlie,

I paid $450 for my 3 screw Ruger in .30 carbine. Fun to shoot.

    Charlie,

Go to the Ruger page Sturm, Ruger Co., Inc. under customer service. They sent me one at no charge.

I have a Blackhawk in 45 long colt also. It is easier to shoot then the .30 carbine.

Have a old 357 Blackhawk....Send it back to Ruger and it will come back like new...They straighten a sight....replace a cylinder and re blued and shipped it back no charge......Warning they will replaced the old style firing pin with transfer bar but will send back the old parts ...If you ask they may not replace the old style pin.....I don't even know if the old 30 cal came with that style pin.....Put some faster powder and bring the pressure up to 40K psi and you will have a much more powerful round and pleasant to shoot....40 k is still OK for the M-1 Carbine rifle... Round will hit a little lower.....Charlie
