    M1911a1

I recently got a hold of a 1945 manufacture Colt 1911A1. Only problem is that the original sights (along with the finish) have been removed.

I've tried all over the place looking for a replacement set. It doesn't have to be original GI issue, but I would at the very least like the same style.

Any reccomendations on places to look for replacement front and rear sights for an original GI pistol? I figure if I'm going to get her looking good again, might as well put the original style sights back on her to compliment the original (or at least period correct) grips that came with it.

    Thanks for any help.
