I have a bunch of Aussie ADI, but mine is boxer primed, so don't through yours away until you make sure its Berdan. I have searched for months, and several have posted here and elswhere to no avail, cannot find any source of Berdan primers currently stocking them. I have some really good 7.62x54R brass, but had to pitch it. If you have enough brass you can sell it for scrap.

I wouldn't bother reloading Berdan brass. There's too much boxer available to worry about it.

Sell it for the salvage value of the brass.

Agree with that, and reloading Berdan would be a big pain even if we could. I had a bunch of nice 7.62 Russian brass for a while but no place to salvage here, so had to trash it.

Scrap price for brass in No. Ohio right now is around $1.80 a pound

Check your headstamp date on the ADI brass. 1986 was a trial year for boxer primers, small dots around base. 1988 Palma, boxer.
From 1992 on is boxer, all other is Berdan.

My ADI is 1992 and Boxer primed, nice stuff, shoots great in my M1A. I have reloaded many of the cases several times. Its pretty thick brass as I recall.
