A guy i am working with lost his grand father recently. he found this in the closet. military rifles are not my thing so figured someone here would know more about it. the bolt doesnt match neither does the scope. still has the flower on top no grind marks. any info would be appreciated including what you think the value is. thanks pat

The numbers on the bolt are assembly numbers and seldom if ever match the serial number on the receiver. The same number should also be on the bottom of the receiver ring below the wood line and if it's the same the bolt is a match. Before disassembly see if the screws are staked, if so you may not want to disturb them.
Best I can tell from the photo's the scope has no means of adjustment and if it's a mismatch there's no telling where the shots will impact in relation to point of aim, from what I've read about these they went through a lengthy and very precise collimation process in order to get them zeroed.
