What type of sling is this?

I bought this sling about a year ago and I’m not sure what it is. It’s too short to be either a M1903 or M1904 sling. It is about 63.5in long with its button flap folded over. There are no holes after the button hole. Marked Rock Island Arsenal, 1904. Any idea what type of sling this is? See attached pictures.
    Thanks,
    Jarrod

Isn't that a Kragicon sling? I guess it's actually for the Trapdoor rifle but they used it for Krag too.

I did not realize that they made slings for Krags that late, thanks.
