    I think it is kind of like the instructions on plastic bags telling you not to put the on your head Or on a wood chipper warning against putting your arm in.

    One has to travel to other countries to see how they treat their citizens. What really opened my eyes was my time spent in Europe. There they treat their citizens like ADULTS ! I remember musing they would not let this happen in America. I recall sitting on trains and buses coming to a stop and me still sitting there. All the others were getting up to leave while the train / bus was still in motion. My friends are asking what I was waiting for . " What I don't have to remain sitting ? " They would give me a quizzical look . I guess Disneyland has taught me well ! America is lawsuit happy . My friend told me about a time they had a Plane crash. He said the first people to show up from America were the Lawyers ! That did not sit well with some people there.

    Sometimes it's about waiting for the impatient/in-a-hurry riders to get off so you can avoid the gridlock in the aisles. In that regard, it actually makes sense.

    Being a Conservative in California is a lonely thing as some of us here will tell you. I really felt out of place years ago till someone told me about Rush. Then the internet came into being and then I saw like minded people out there. The alternative media really killed the managed media that is why they are trying to control it .

    I had better stear the thread off the trend tward the forbidden subject. Another example of foolish signage and firearms related. The ugly warning stamps Ruger began placing on its arm years ago. Ugly as an import stamp.

    I will never understand why the manufacturers do that, corporate lawyers or not it just ruins the firearms looks.

    Additional incentive to seek out the oldies. Made when men were men and folks did not need warning lables on firearms.
