Dunno if you'll find a verifiable W.W. II vintage base, but the Redfield bridge base is still made and sold by Redfield.
There's this on Gunbroker too. (The guy doesn't know how to spell. PARKARIZED isn't spelt like that. snicker.)
1903A4 SPRINGFIELD SNIPER SCOPE MOUNT - Scope Accessories Scope Parts at GunBroker.com : 839934345
Think 165 grain hunting bullets with IMR4064 for deer.
Spelling and Grammar count!

That's not a bad looking base and rings ( but a little pricey ). I haven't seen the real thing for sale in a long time.

The correct name for the scope base is "Redfield Jr" mount, as the seller Sunray linked to has stated.

You may want to NOT buy a current Commercial Redfield 03A3 mount - I have bought both originals made in USA in the 50's and 60's by the old Denver Colorado Redfield Company and the newer Chinese made Redfields - and the originals have a slight necessary "twist" that let's them lay down flat on the receiver ring. Used Redfields for 03A3s pop up and these will fit correctly - until you can find a US GI.
The current Commercial Redfields (at least those from five years ago) DO NOT lie flat - and my gunsmith had to use a large dead blow hammer to "fit" one to my 03A3 receiver. I ultimately ended up finding an original GI NOS Lyman (used for 03A4 Rebuilds post-WWII) in the wrapper and, since I also am using a post war rebuild A4 stock on my 03A4Forgery, it drops right on. Everything except my receiver is real 03A4 - except I went with a Lyman Alaskan - much better than the Weaver scope, and also used on Armory Rebuilds. CC
