    M1D Questions

I have a few questions about an M1D that I just bought. It's a Springfield #3575XXX. I attached a few pictures of it and would like your opinion as to originality, worth, etc. I don't have CMPicon papers for it, but I will be contacting them in the near future to request a serial number lookup. Thanks for any help!

unless the CMPicon has a record of selling it as a d, it might be hard to prove that it was gov't modified.

The going rate is $2500 to $3000. Condition and documentation is the key. Your looks to have all the right parts.

Is it the one on my list? If so it was imported in 1992 and should have a import mark between the barrel and the gas cylinder. Rick Bicon

Rick, it is close to one of the numbers on your list, but it does not match. The rifle does not have an import mark. I was the one that emailed you about the number a few days ago. Thanks for the help thus far everyone.
