Dal 1916 .303
As a cartridge collector(very small time)I have allways had a love affair with the .303.This past week I obtained a 1916 Vintage DAL .303.Do we have any knowledged folks who can give me a solid rundown on the DAL.303 rounds.Will

Dominion Arsenal Lindsay. Lindsay, Ontario. They also manufactured a lot of US .30-06 ammunition.

Is the hs dated 1916? Production was supposed to have started in 1917 with LA hs changed to DAL in 1918. Production continued to 1921.
Lindsay was the riding represented by Sam Hughes MP and Defence Minister. A pure coincidence of course.
AFAK Lindsay only made MkVII ball in .303".
