After checking to make sure the striker has been screwed far enough into the cocking piece, I'd pull the bolt assembly apart and check the insides for grease or dried oil that may slow the striker. Next would be to replace the striker spring itself. If all is well with the bolt, then pull the action from the stock and check that the sear spring screw is tight.
If that doesn't do it, please let us know what all you found. Spongy trigger pulls aside (really, that's normal), they rarely stop working altogether!
