How do I "search" within ONLY one particular forum?
I don't see any place to specify this in "Advanced Search" and, of course, I get many many many "hits" from all over this site.
Sorry if this has been asked and answered, but "Search" is not working well for me here at the moment, otherwise I'd sure turn it loose on this forum first before posting ...

One method is to select the Advanced Search option at the top right corner of the web site, as you've already pointed out. Once you click on that link, select the TAB titled "Search Single Content Type" and you'll be taken to a different screen where you can search just specific forums.
The second method is within the particular forum itself you wish to search. While viewing the Forum Screen, look at the bar at the top of the forum and you'll see an option titled Search in this Forum. Click on that drop down box and enter whatever you'd like to look for as search terms.
By the way, you'll also see the same type of option when you're viewing a thread, except it will say Search Thread. Look up at the top bar just above the first post in this thread and you'll see what I mean.
Hope this helps ...

Badger
