These have been out of service for so long now. I doubt that pretty much any spares are available these days!

I would suggest, you look for an unserviceable one. IE: The bodies on these sights were made from an Alloy. & it was common for them to fracture where the front long thin section(Where the adjusting screw & retaining catch assembly are mounted tapers towards the thicker main part of the Body.

A Fractured sight unit is pretty well useless for anything, other than breaking for spares!
You could then canibalise one for what you may need.

Correct me if I'm wrong of course but I'm not sure that the graticle was ever available as a spare part as I seem to recall that the grat came in a small housing. The housing was rotatable and the grat was reflected onto the focal point of the prism (reason it remains upside down) via the rotatable grat housing - which was then superglued(?) into the sight casing. The actual light source came from the tritium bulb thing that was sat above the base of the glass grat.

Just thinking out aloud but don't think it was a spare part at any workshop level. Try AVIMO Ltd at Bristol. You'd have to be xxxxxxx good to make one I'd say!

I have made many replacement pointers for the SUIT sight using the pointer out off the SAWES sight, they need a little work to fix them to the original pointer housing, but are a very similar profile.
