I recently got this 1891 "B" barrel Finnish Mosin Nagant at an on-line estate sale. I was pretty sure it was a "B/VKT" barrel and thought there was an outside chance it had the Liege proof.
Well, it arrived and turns out it is a "B/VKT/Liege proofed" model. Bore is excellent, most of the metal is very good, although the magazine has suffered some loss of blue. Bolt matches the serial number, floor plate does not.
The stock is in excellent condition, but appears to be very dry. Anyone have a suggestion for something to treat the stock with that would "moisturize" it a bit?
Thanks
