Yes it is all inland! The owner said it originally came from DCM!

I think you accidently put a picture of another carbine up, pic 11 shows one with a type 1 band. Otherwise, looks like a nice 5.4 inland. Any DCM paperwork with it?
These are great ways to get an original as the round bolt, 4 rivet handguard, type 2 or 3 sights mean that Bobby Partswapper is going to pass, thinking that it has been rebuilt. The push safety and type 2 bands tip the hand, but Mr Partswapper is too smart to fall for that. He has a whole bin full of Riverbank junk just waiting for a home.
These also are close to the perfection of the design, all of the mistakes have been made and fixed by this time. The recent CC issue on this block also gives a blow by blow description of what is correct and what is not. As I said, I cannot wait to get my hands on that 5.4 Inland.
