The lack of Spam is deafening
Just for old time's sake, can someone give us some?

(CSP Forums)
Well, last night alone, the system automatically bocked over 150 attempts by spammers to register and post inappropriate ads.
Two of those got through and actually posted spam in these forums, but both were stopped (trapped) by secondary levels of software defenses that quarantined (placed the post in a moderator queue) that only moderators can see. They view those type of posts and either release them for you to see, or delete them.
Sometimes legitimate posts by members actually get trapped by these same spam defenses because they met some checking criteria. If you post and don't see you post right away, that might be the reason, but don't panic as our moderators will see it (usually within 24 hours), then release it manually for everyone to view. We apologize for the inconvenience to members when that occurs, but it's a small price to pay to keep a clean system.
The largest problem we have is with individuals who register and post using multiple different usernames, however are in fact using the same computer from the same location at IP address.
We don't permit this practice as it often leads to abusive posting and behavior, for obvious reasons. The system software automatically identifies the IP addresses of those people and reports them to administrators. Unfortunately, we then have to BAN further use of the site by people who appear to be doing this.

I do no miss the SPAM. Not permitting multiple user names sounds like a very good idea. Sincerely. Bruce.

I use 2 computers, one at work and one from home, so I guess I'll have to have 2 separate logins.
I went into "CSP withdrawal"; one day I went to look for CSP and it was gone and I didn't know where to looK. Thank heaven for Orest, now I can eat lunch with CSP and my digestion will settle down.
I don't like the colors tho, gray on gray is too hard to read

Ditto on the grey on grey print. I have to go to 145% size on the print to comfortably read it, but at least its here for me to read.

Can the Admin turn in the ISP numbers of the spammers to the Feds and get them knocked around a bit?

You're fine with one login. I use one computer at home, one at my first job, and another at my other job. It's having multiple logins that's banned.

Lack of info is deafening also ... however, went to another site (NOT mentioned here) and one of the "old timers" gave me the info I needed. I even have some vintage lead reloading manuals heading my way !!!
