Can I shoot my Springfield 03A3?
I have just acquired a nice 03A3 made by Remingtom. It was made in 1943. Is it okay to shoot any 30 06 ammo in this gun? I have Hornady and Federal Premium ammo on hand.
Thanks

If the rifle is in good condition and the headspace is OK, you can shoot any modern made factory ammo with confidence.

Agreed, but I would have the head space checked as a precaution. Any competent gunsmith can do the job in a few minutes. Any commercially loaded 30-06 should be safe to fire.

It's a bolt gun so shoot what you like!
