    Short of going to Russiaicon or the Former Soviet Union and possibly finding one that has been rusted out you could use this site's pictures to make one I'd imagine if you had the time and patience to make plans for it:

    There is a soviet vehicle dealer in the UKicon selling them the last time I looked at their website. Google armored vehicles for sale UK.
