6.5x55 wooden bullets ?
I have some loaded cartridges in 6.5x55 but they have wooden bullets
any info or history on these
I was told they were WW2 practice rounds

They are practice rounds in the sense that they are blanks - noise makers. The wooden bullet facilitates feeding. A shredding device was installed on the muzzle to prevent the wooden bullet from acting like a projectile. Search the Sweden section here.
