Was given a copy of "The Italian Vetterli Rifle" Wilsey. This book is very well done and worth acquiring. I was able to identify a partially defaced stamp on the butt of a 70/87 as the mark of the Ulster Provisional Government. The UPG was a loyalist group in Ulster which purchased arms mostly from German dealers to fight the IRA in 1914.Information
