Removing Highlighting In Letters
Any tips on removing the white highlighting accent that collectors seem to like to use on their Garand receivers and barrels? Rem Oil? Hoppes?
Suggestions?

i use clp and a papertowel, usually takes it out.

Denatured alcohol also works for a china marker highlight

I haven't found anything used to highlight the markings that gun oil and a toothbrush won't remove.
