Berdan Primers
This may have been addressed in previous posts but I wanted to see if anyone knows of any sources of berdan rifle primers here in the US. I have .303 berdan primed cases as well as 7.62x54 cases that I would like to reload. Yes I know, it is tougher, and most will say it makes no sense, but given the price of ammo, given the fact thst my tax dollars are bailing out idiots that ****ed their money away, given the fact that the economy is in the tank, and things are not looking good for the long term, frankly, its time to get cheap, despite the added work.
If anyone knows of any sources, or perhaps of a way to deal with the manufacturers directly to do a bulk buy, I would love to hear about it.

Those who missed out on the last boat load of PMC berdan primers are probably SOL. I believe that there are no plans by any of the importers to bring in any more. Better stock up on US primers. There was an ad in the local paper today from someone that is selling LR mag primers for $150 a K.

My last exhaustive search revealed all sources seem to have dried up. However, I have one place I am going to call this week. If they have some in stock, I will post back here with the info.

For the cost of Berdan primers, even if you can find them - it would
be cheaper to buy new boxer brass + primers.
Been there, done that with 43 Spanish.

The PMC importers must have been greedy.
They started asking $28/thousand right off the bat and they were ignored.
At the time that was 2X boxer primers.
