Single Vrs Double hook F.C.G.

Are there any Pros and Cons between Single Hook and Double Hook Fire Control Groups ?

I like the double hook, but I couldn't tell you why, as its three times as much work to remove trigger slap (if any) and turn into a two stage trigger.
