Subject: Concealed Carry Permit & VETERANS - PLEASE READ
This one is for US Veterans. I have never heard of this before, but
thought it was important enough to pass along.
From a good friend . . .
"I had a doctors appointment at the local VA clinic yesterday and found
out something very interesting I would like to pass along.. While going
through triage before seeing the doctor, I was asked at the end of the
exam, three questions.
(1. Did I feel stressed?)
(2. Did I feel threatened?)
(3. Did I feel like doing harm to someone?)
The nurse then informed me, if I had answered 'yes' to any of the
questions, I would have lost my concealed carry permit as it would have
gone into my medical records and the VA would have reported it to Homeland
Security.
I am a Vietnam Vet and a 15 year Concealed Carry permit holder. Looks like
the Fed is going after us now." Be forewarned and be aware. The Obama
administration has gone on record stating that they consider US veterans
and gun owners as potential terrorists. If you are a veteran, you've been
warned. If you know veterans, please pass this on to them.

Of course we have to assume the nurse knew what she was talking about. Carl

Sounds right to me
Last fall I signed up for VA benefits and on my first visit, the Nurse Practitioner asked me a lot of silly and very personal questions. Those questions you mention sound like some of the ones she asked. I told her what I thought she wanted to hear until she asked me (I swear) "Have you ever had sex with more than 3 women?" This threw me for a minute and I didn't have any idea as to why she would even ask me that. Finally I told her, "No. Not at one time."
Didn't even slow her down. she went right on to the next question.

I still think that it all depends on where you are located as to what you are asked.
Being in a Red State, back when I toured the VA Clinic in 06, I was not asked any silly questions. They didn't ask me if I had any "tendencies, had sex with a gerbel, or owned any guns". Just the normal stuff, like "can you still get it up?" (just kidding)
But I can imagine that if you are in the Big East or on the Left Coast, they might ask if you "thought about stepping on ants, had sex with a porkupine, or owned a BB Gun".
Hey, we can't ALL live in a Free State.

You have to go to a Kalifornia prison to get the best care in the world.
