Underwood Lineout Winchester with Underwood parts
Hello everyone, I 've just picked up an Underwood lineout in th 6,4XX,XXX stamped A W in the heel, I first thought is was a post war mod, but I've lear it is a " lineout " sent to winchester in late WW2. I also learn it is supposed to have all winchester parts on it, but the one I have is all underwood stamped trigger group but winchester slide. Everything has a finish match ( dark Brown patina ) that makes it a " been together " for a long time. My question is: Does all Underwood lineout Winchester as ALL winchester parts, or some has had Underwood parts on them ? Thanks for your help!

It should absolutely have all Winchester parts. The receiver just happened to be made by Underwood. No matter what you made a nice pickup. BTW, I may need some or all of the Underwood trigger housing parts. I will let you know. I have some extra Winchester stuff laying around that you may need in your case.
Thanks
