    VZ24 Identification

Hi, I have recently purchased this VZ24 rifle and would like to know if anybody could tell me when and for who it was made. The serial number is 104, which also appears on the barrel under the wood and on part of the bolt realease lever, no marking on the bolt itself.Any help appreciated, Pete.

Hi Pete, your rifle is made for Czechoslovak army before WWII.

If in stock is marked steel disc, it is possible to identify unit.

    Best regards, George

    Thanks George,
unfortunately the steel but disc is too rusty to make out any markings, the whole rifle was in a fairly neglected state,
    Pete.
