Altius Tendo is the motto of my Regiment, while my company had "Pietà l'è morta", which means "Pity is dead".
We had it written in enormous letters outside our barracks in Salice d'Ulzio, but had to cancel it due to protests from the parents of a few "soldiers".
So we wrote it bigger than that inside, where the parents were not allowed

The Battalion’s is “A brüsa, suta’l Süsa”, which means: the situation is dire (burning), send the Susa Battalion.
    Great units, all of them.
