Help Identifying Hammers
I am hoping that someone can help. Can anyone tell what firearm these hammers and trigger might belong to? Two appear to be gold plated, although I have no idea if the plating is actually gold.
Thanks, Greg V

All appear to be S&W parts though Taurus are similar

"...plating is actually gold..." Highly unlikely.
S&W or Taurus parts, like n64atlas says. Most S&W revolvers use the same parts. The spurless one will be out of a "snub nose".
Spelling and Grammar count!

Yea, I'm sure it's brass. I just can't figure out why there was no tarnish or green gunk after 30 years in an ammo can full of misc. parts.
Sorry, probably still bad grammer, but who cares, I haven't been in elementary school for years and I didn't think it was getting graded. Just supposed to be a fun, friendly forum where good people share info.

it could be gold electoplating. They made a plating kit at one time for putting silver and gold on metal. This was 30 years ago when gold wasn't too bad in price. You bought a solution that contained gold and electroplated the part.
didn't take much gold to plate small parts.

It is more than likely gold. I had one of those electroplaters in the 60s, and the barrel bushing on my .45 is still plated. Those kits, if I remember correctly, were called "Texas Electroplaters" and cost $19. bucks. They were advertised in the American Rifleman.

The spurless hammer was "bobbed". The hammers for "hammerless" (concealed hammer) revolvers aren't made that way.
