    PSL Barrel Lining

I recently acquired a Romanian PSL and was wondering if they chrome lined the bore. NOT that I'm going to stop swabbing the barrel with Shooters Choice after each day at the range, but was just curious after looking at the muzzle with the flash suppressor off. Thanks, Bruce.

The Romanian made barrels are chrome lined as is the chamber. The barrels made in the US are not chromed.

If there's a copper plate under the chrome then a copper solvent might not be the best choice of cleaners. (uglified an M14icon barrel once doing that...)
