Announcement Thoughts and prayers for Warren 'wheaty' ....

    Hello folks …

I wanted to let everyone know that our Advisory Panelicon member, fellow collector and good friend Warren "wheaty" is facing some serious health challenges, culminating in an operation in the next few days.

I know he's a private person and probably doesn't want a lot of attention around this issue, but it's important that besides the sharing of collecting knowledge around a hobby we all love, we also sometimes share the more significant ups and downs of our lives, principally because many here have known each other for years and have become on-line "virtual" friends, even though perhaps have never met face to face.

Anyway, we'd like everyone to pause a moment and say a prayer of support for Warren. I'm sure at some point he'll login and read your thoughts and expressions, which we hope helps him know that he's not alone in facing whatever lays ahead.

Thinking and saying a prayer for you Warren ….

    Regards,
    Doug (and Deborah)

Prayers and MUCHO sympathy for Warren and his folks.

(Been "visiting" the hospital for the past six days trying to ensure proper care for my step-mother. Got a break finally, so...)

Hope to see a good progress report from you soon, Wheaty.

Warren, although we have never met I feel I know you from being friends with bearhunter who tells me what a great person you are. Thoughts and prayers for you at this time.

Get well soon - we'll all be here waiting for your return

Mine are not the best, but they are not too bad. I can think of lots of Enfields I'd rather have but instead of constantly striving for more, sometimes it's good to be satisfied with what one has...
