Carcano Marksman Build?
Hi all, I have recently just picked up an M38 Carcano and I am looking to do a vintage-style build with it. I want it to look like a replica of the infamous oswald rifle, but obviously without spending the money on the real deal. Has anybody tried doing this? If so what parts did you use on the scope and the mount and how did you set it up? Pictures are a plus just so I can get an idea. If anybody could send me in the right direction as to where I should get started that would be very helpful. Thank you all!

Wyatt, There are many replicas out there. A google search will give you lots of info. Here is a thread on this forum that will be a good start: https://www.milsurps.com/showthread....oswald+carcano
The hard part will be finding the Ordnance Optics scope and mount, but they do come up on EBAY.
Also try a V bulletin search in the upper right corner of this page to search this Forum site for old threads.
