Hey all, I'm a new poster, although I've been around a while.

I really enjoy the great detail Bayonetman has brought forth in his "Bayonet Points". Once in a while, I'll see something that catches my eye and today saw one of those moments.

In discussing the square (rectangular) fuller of early M1905 bayonets, Gary mentions the early Oneidas as having this characteristic, then goes on to say a few sentences later that by late 1942, the makers had all gone to the round fuller.

I believe I have an exception to the changeover in late 1942; my 1943 M1905E1, chromed Oneida Ltd. bayonet exhibits a square fuller.
I'm not sure if this is all that unusual, so I thought I'd ask the question:
Has anyone else run across post-1942 M1905s with the square fuller, and in particular, anyone have another 1943 OL w/ the square fuller?
