7.62X25 insert for 30 cal. ????

Just need to know if anyone is selling a insert so you can fire the CZ52 ammo 7.62x25 ammo in a 308 0r 06 or 3030. I am sure it is hot enough to not stick in the barrel.
Reloading for it can also use the plastic inserts for 22 projectiles at close to 2800fps.
Its the only ammo still out there at a cheap price............

Might work, but would work better in a 7.7x58, 7.62x54R, etc. because of the bore diameter.

You might pass this on to MC Sports in Alaska. They make various chamber inserts, including one for .30 Mauser which might just work as is.

The 7.62x25 uses a .310" bullet. MCA Sports/Ace Bullet Company thinks you can shoot 7.62 x 39 out of a .308/.30-06 too. Wrong bullet diameter.

You might consider the .30 Mauser adapter made by MCA. They are interchangeable, though loaded lighter, with 7.62X25 in my CZ-52. I was under the impression that the 7.62X25 was a hotrodded 7.63X25, AKA .30 Mauser. I have adapters for .32ACP into 30-06 and .30 carbine into 30-06 and they work well, although the .32ACP accuracy leave something to be desired.

I am sure that small lead core bullet of 312 will get longer and slug the barrel quickly and come out at 308.

outside over the case neck is ,332
