The Luger Pistol (Pistole Parabellum)
The Luger Pistol (Pistole Parabellum)
It's History And Development From 1893-1945
By Fred A Datig
The first printing of the book was in 1955. My copy is dated 1958.
This is a most interesting book replente with many details and reprinted letters, offical docouments and photos. There is even a complete chapter devoted to the US Army test of the luger in 45ACP.
I do not know a great deal about the Luger Pistol however the book appears well researched and docoumented. Worth a long look.

So I can't spell, so what!!!
Those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
Those who beat their swords into ploughshares, will plough for those who don't!
Be polite. Be professional. But, have a plan to kill everyone you meet.
