Nice catch. We called those a spark free powder knife and it was one of few that were declared "Spark free" and could be used to cut demolitions. They weren't common. Only available through the US troops.

Nice find.
Watch out for that tip though it is very fine and can easily break ever-so slightly (not that I found that out at all myself years ago...).

Right. I know the tip was redesigned due to breaking. I had one of these as a kid. It's unlikely to be used. It will just go into my collection.

heres mine, i had broke off the tip.....didnt know they broke ez or they were made with spark arrest metal
