You have a WW1 made receiver (probably late 1917 or early 1918 mfg), but the buttstock with the WB cartouche is a WW2 buttstock. The original finish of the gun would be blued. If it does not have a re-arsenal mark, then it's anyone's guess as to who rebuilt the gun.

I have the brother to that gun with a 679 serial number,and same parkerized finish and same WB cartouche. I would love to know more about these guns.
