    C&R M1 Carbine

I was just browsing the Internet and came across a gun auction site that had 3 M1icon Carbines 1 M1 Underwood and 2 M1 Inlands. They both ask for a C&R License to be sent to them with an ID, then I called my buddy who has his License and ask him to buy it for himself as he was telling me he wanted one, then he said what if i get it and it has some problems or there was just something he didnt like. I told him if that happened i would buy it from him. I was wanting to kmow if he did buy the M1 and then sold it to me a week later, will that be a hassle or a red flag and if i buy from an C&R which I've never done. What type paper work i will fill out or should i buy it and have to spend 35.00 shipping and 50.00 for transfer fee. It would not cost me any transfer fee if my buddy buys it and also if he buys it using his C&R can he sell it as a private Seller or once you have your license he cant sell his personal collection to the public.

From what I read a C&R holder is allowed to sell his guns. But if he starts selling on a regular basis he will need an FFL licence. It may raise a flag if he buys it then sells it a week later, but if it is only one they may not investgate.GK
