Not sure if this is the right forum for such a thing or even if posting a link to a going auction is kosher for you guys, but I thought I would send up a flare on this.

I am not a web gear guy and maybe the Brit stuff is not as popular here, or maybe everyone already has a copy of this - I don't know but I thought it was pretty neat.

Seller is actually in Britain so it may not be very common here in the States, but I am guessing it would be pretty authoritative, if not the last word on the subject.

1944 Pattern Webbing Equipment Manual for British Army | eBay

I spotted this because I liked the waterproof cover dated 1943 from the same seller - those very early dates (pre-D-Day) are not common here in the States at all. Even with the early date it is still green tinted and I have yet to find a clear one from WWII - maybe they were just all used up and thrown out. Not sure but I am still looking.
