Nice one. I enjoy my NZ .22 trainer very much though it is a full restoration. I have a few questions. Is the fore stock and nosecap numbered to the receiver? Also what is stamped below the main markings on the RH side of the receiver. Is there anything stamped on the LH side of the receiver? Its interesting the 'Sht L.E III' is not lined out as ive seen before. in NZ trainers.

The lower markings on the RH side of the but socket will be AG PARKER BIRMINGHAM .22PATT 14 No2. These rifles were converted in 1916. There were only a bit over 1700 made.
A good looking example of a pretty rare rifle. congrats!
