    303 sniper rearsnel

    i have a 303 sniper rifiel: it was rearsnel for repair has the stamp for that on the steel band.the scope numbers on the stock have been change to the scope that is on the rifel at present. the number has been change twice in the life of the gun .old numbers are lined out. is this ok all other markings are and numbers match.the scope is a number 3 i got the gun pack in grease no inport id on the gun has p51 on rear stock stamp. thank you ron dent.

    Can I respectfully suggest that you get someone to read through what you are writing before you press the GO button. It doesn't seen to read fluently to me. It can be misinterpreted - if you see what I mean........

    Send pictures of it as they tell the knowing ones what your rifle is and can assist you better that way, I gather it is a re-firb, has had at 2 scopes on it, has a Mk III scope now and could be a S-51 Holland & Holland
    (P-51 is a Mustang fighter powered by a Merlin Engine)
