Over here, if it was a shooter that would be a bargain. But a warning sign for me is the phrase "in pretty good condition for its age". Which, if you discover anything wrong - like non-existent or badly worn or rusted rifling, will be rephrased as "what do you expect for that age?" In other words, it's a rubber statement that can be bent both ways.
I would specifically ask about the condition of the barrel, as that is something that you cannot judge from the photos. I also note that on the advert the seller is marked as "FFL holder". So if he refuses to be specific about the barrel and tries the "I know nothing about guns" excuse, take that as a red flag.
