    New Member, Sharing My 1941 Colt pics

    Hello,
    I've browsed this forum many times and can't say how much I appreciate the expertise and information here. I'm new to collecting; started with a 1941 Colt M1911A1 I acquired at an estate sale about a year ago at which time I had some very good input from Johnny Peppers and others via Joustericon. Here are my pics to share.

    "fairly close" my eye!!! Those are beautiful sequentially numbered pistols!!

    Wow! Oldcanuck, that's the 1st time I've ever seen sequential serial numbers. Terrific pic!!!

    Also, I see on CEMORSE's photo that WB stamp next the trigger and R.S. on top. Since R.S. was the predecessor to WB ... could they both have stamped the same piece?
