Help indentifying carbine?
I am new here and cant find the section Im looking for...I recently aquired an italian carbine,I have covered the net and cant find anything about this gun...It is a f.n.a. brescia 41-x1x carbine it is also stamped with xt-7102.....RE...the 7102 is on breech and wood stock...It has a hiding hole in the but plate...I thought it shot 6.5 shells,I ran acrossed a box of 6.5 mm sk ptr m/94 military shells and they do not fit....Can you please guide me in the correct direction to find out about this rifle.....I want to shoot it,I have a spain m-8 7.62 I use as my deer rifle and love it....Im a newby and I've learned,get advice from professionals...any help would be greatly appreciated

dont know exactly what you have but there is also an Carcano Carbine chambered in 7.35mmx52. I added an Link to find the rifle. Maybe it is helpful.

Likely it will be a M-38 Carcano Carbine. They have a fixed 300-metre rear sight, take 6.5x52 Mannlicher-Carcano ammo in 6-round Mannlicher clips.
The special Carcano round has much less diameter than the SkrPatr 94, which is 6.5x55 for the Swedish Mausers. The x55 ammo will not fit into the Carcano chamber, no matter how hard you push!
