N0.1 Mk.V and Longbranch DCM conversion.
Been a very good week. First I came across a very nice LB No.4 Mk.1* Canadian DCM conversion rifle. Rifle is in overall excellent ++ condition. Complete and original. Bore is pristine. And, as an added bonus it has a nice PH5C rear sight. Paid $1000. A little high maybe but hey, when was the last time anybody has seen one for sale ? Today a very nice No.1 mk.V found me. 1924 dated S/N A13. Complete and original with matching numbers. Overall excellent condition. This is the seventh Mk.V I've had over the years and one of the nicest. Over the years I have sold off five of the first six keeping only the best one. Sold the last of the five seven years back and the least I have ever sold one for was $800. Today I paid $800 for this one.
